Big news for U.S. riders: Canyon Experience Partners have officially landed stateside.

Contents

We’ve launched our first U.S. Experience Partner at Pedalers Fork in Calabasas, California, with a soft launch underway at Meteor Dallas in Texas. These aren’t just demo locations — they’re year-round destinations where you can experience Canyon bikes first-hand, get expert advice, and connect with your local cycling community.

And this is just the beginning.

From Limited Access to Local Connection

Until now, the only place to demo a Canyon bike in North America was at our Carlsbad, CA Showroom or select events where Canyon offered demos. That meant limited access and fewer chances to interact with our bikes and products in person. Now, with Experience Partners like Pedalers Fork and Meteor Dallas, we’re changing that — giving more riders more ways to get hands-on with Canyon.

That’s why we’re rolling out a new global network of Canyon Experience Partners, with the U.S. now joining the party. These new destinations offer year-round opportunities to test bikes, dial in your fit, talk to knowledgeable team members, and see Canyon gear and apparel in person. It’s a deeper, more local, and more personal way to connect with the Canyon brand.

Meet the U.S. Canyon Experience Partners

Pedalers Fork – Calabasas, CA

Just north of Los Angeles, nestled at the base of legendary climbs and trailheads in Topanga Canyon and the Santa Monica Mountains of Malibu, Pedalers Fork is already one of the most loved ride-out spots in the region. Now, it’s your go-to Canyon Experience Partner — offering a curated selection of Canyon bikes, a full fleet of demos, expert consultations, service and sizing support, and the convenience of Collect and Ride, where your Canyon order can be delivered, assembled, and picked up right from the location.

Meteor Dallas – Dallas, TX (Soft Launch)

A staple of the U.S. cycling scene, The Meteor blends top-tier coffee, food, and cycling culture under one roof — and now, it’s Canyon’s second U.S. Experience Partner. While we’re still in the soft launch phase, you can already check out select Canyon models and gear, talk to experts, and learn about what’s coming next.

Later in 2025, we’ll be launching the full Canyon experience in Dallas, with an expanded demo program, service offerings, apparel selection, and more. Keep an eye out — big things are brewing in Dallas, Texas.

Why Experience Partners Matter

Canyon was born as a direct-to-consumer brand, but we’ve never been about cutting corners on connection. For many riders, seeing, touching, and riding the bike before purchase is critical. That’s why we’ve built a global strategy around blending digital convenience with in-person expertise and service.

Experience Partners answer that call. They give riders the ability to demo before they decide, ask questions, get properly sized using our Perfect Positioning System, and receive continued service after the sale.

And it’s not just about bikes — our partners also carry the latest shoes, helmets, accessories, and more. Whether you're looking to upgrade your ride, your wardrobe, or both, Experience Partners are your one-stop destination.

Global Rollout, Local Impact

By the end of 2025, Canyon will have 15 Experience Partner locations worldwide, spanning Germany, the UK, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Czechia, and the U.S. Our mission? Make it easier than ever to engage with Canyon wherever you are.

So whether you’re new to Canyon or already part of the family, these spaces are for you — to ride, to connect, and to discover your next adventure.
