Truemed acts as a payment option to facilitate the use of HSA/FSA funds by qualified individuals for eligible Canyon products. After selecting Truemed as their payment option at checkout, individuals will be given the opportunity to take a health survey, which is then reviewed by a licensed provider in their state. With provider approval, qualified individuals will be provided a Letter of Medical Necessity, which unlocks the ability for them to use these pre-tax funds.

How to order with Truemed

Step 1 – Choose your Canyon bike and any eligible accessories, then head to checkout. Select Truemed as your payment method.
Step 2 – Complete the short health survey to confirm eligibility. If approved, you’ll instantly receive your letter of medical necessity via email.
Step 3 – Your HSA/FSA account and/or credit/debit card will be charged 2–3 days before dispatch. Your order then ships as usual, with no delay.

Truemed FAQs

- Truemed is available to US customers who have an active HSA or FSA and use their Canyon bike to support a qualifying health goal.
- At checkout, you’ll complete a short health survey. If your use qualifies, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity – this confirms eligibility and unlocks Truemed payment.
- All bikes qualify for Truemed – even discounted ones. Selected gear does too, including when it’s on sale. So even sale prices can come with tax-free savings.
- Canyon’s standard return policy applies. HSA/FSA refunds may take longer – check with your plan provider if needed.
