A Decade Of Devotion

Downhill racing is a messy obsession. It’s hard to justify the time, effort, and cost, especially when it comes to keeping the lights on back at the office. But we don’t race to brag about annual sales, profit margins, or ROI. We race because it’s where we find our absolute limits—and learn to push past them.

The third generation of the Sender CFR builds on a decade of experience, channelling every lesson learned into creating the fastest, most advanced race chassis we’ve ever made.

Race-Proven Carbon Chassis

The low-slung, full-carbon chassis delivers ultra-stable handling. Multiple adjustments at the frame’s hardpoints, combined with oversized, double-sealed bearings throughout the high-pivot layout, mean this machine built to take on a full season - and race to win on every track.

Adjustable Reach. Dialled Setup

The perfect fit for every rider, and track-by-track front end adjustability. The Sender CFR frame features adjustable cups to fine tune reach fore and aft by 8mm, allowing riders to customize fit and handling characteristics. Choose long and stable, or short and agile.

The Strong Silent Type

Carefully designed chainstay and seatstay protection keeps everything running securely, smoothly and silently. With polymer reinforced HIT carbon (as used on the Stitched Trial CFR) and additional armour on downtube and rocker protects the frame on the gnarliest tracks.

Keep It Stable

The adjustable KIS steering stabilizer system is standard equipment. Enhancing stability in all conditions, it can be tuned to suit rider preference and adapted to tame the rowdiest tracks. Prefer standard steering? A supplied blanking plate allows for simple removal.

Fast, Stable and Precise

27.5” rear wheel and 438mm chainstays for snappy responsiveness and crisp turn in behaviour. 29” front wheel with a 63 degree head angle for the ultimate in stability and control. This is the way. Stable, but responsive. Ready to do business anywhere.

A New Path

High-pivot done right. It took a massive amount of prototyping and testing to get here, but it was worth it. Mixing pivot location and axle path with highly evolved anti-rise/squat kinematics and custom shock tune, the Sender CFR delivers an unrivaled combination of ground hugging traction, supple bottomless suspension, speed pumping support and telepathic handling. We trusted our science, and then it won a World Cup. Validation!

Braking Performance

Anti Rise, Pro Grip

“Like it’s glued to the ground”… but in a good way. A generous 130% anti-rise engineered into the Sender CFR suspension maintains incredible braking traction, keeps the center of gravity low and rider weight centered. Rail all the corners.

Drive Performance

Anti Squat Support

Put the power down and sprint for the podium. Engineered anti-squat efficiently transfers wattage straight from the cranks to the dirt, helps maintain a platform for pumping and jumping, and sharpens responsiveness to rider input.

Suspension performance

Bespoke Shock Tunes

Working closely with engineers from RockShox and Fox, we developed custom shock tunes that complement our suspension kinematics, providing superb damping support for finding speed everywhere, yet remaining responsive and compliant in all conditions to deliver unparalleled control and traction.

Adaptability

Track Specific Adjustability

Horses for courses, as they say. The adjustable upper shock mount on the Sender CFR allows riders the option of a linear, plush, 32.7% leverage rate, or a more progressive 37% rate in order to eat up the biggest hits on the heaviest courses. Ride height flip chip adjusts the BB height by 5mm to put the pedals where you want.
