Important: Currently, financing with Consors Finanz BNP Paribas is only available to customers with a primary residence in Germany or Austria. Alternatively, we also offer payment plans through PayPal.

How does the E-Bike payment plan work at Canyon?

We want to make purchasing your E-Bike as easy as possible for you. Therefore, no complicated procedure is necessary to take advantage of our financing option. The following instructions provide you with a detailed overview of the process. All steps can be completed online, so you can conveniently handle the payment plan from the comfort of your own home.

• 1. In the shopping cart, select "Financing" as the payment method and enter the desired financing amount. After completing the order, a link to Consors Finanz will be displayed on the confirmation page (only available for customers from Germany and Austria).
• 2. Open the link and complete the online application. The application will be instantly reviewed, including a credit check with Schufa.
• 3. After a successful credit check and, if necessary, the submission of proof of income, the approval will be granted. Now you just need to confirm your identity - either with an ID card or passport. You can conveniently provide the proof online via video telephony or at the nearest post office using Postident.
• 4. Sign the contract online or print out the loan agreement, sign it by hand, and send it to: Consors Finanz BNP Paribas, Schwanthalerstr. 31, 80336 Munich.
• 5. Afterwards, we will continue processing your order, and we will deliver the goods to you immediately.

Under which conditions can you finance your E-Bike?
