Do you have questions about the warranty or the Canyon guarantee?

- When you send your bike to Canyon for servicing, our expert mechanics will get your bike back in top condition as quickly as possible. For more details on the services available, see the Inspection & Repairs page. In principle, you can get your bike checked by other professional bike mechanics. However, you should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
- In theory yes but we advise against it because doing so will invalidate your warranty with Canyon.
  Depending on which country you live in, you might also be breaking the law.
- Canyon’s guarantee is only valid for Canyon’s frames and forks. If you have a guarantee claim for a component from another manufacturer, contact the manufacturer directly. In the case of a guarantee claim, we charge costs for shipping and for the labour. You don’t have to pay for the replaced frame or fork. You can also make use of our other services when you send your bike back – we’ll send a separate invoice for these costs.
