Advanced aerodynamics

The Aeroad CF SLX is built around a frame we developed together with the aero experts at Swiss Side. Tested in the wind tunnel, it combines supreme efficiency with agile handling and innovative adjustability. This is a race bike that makes zero compromises.

Balanced geometry

Many of our pro riders prefer the less aggressive Sport Pro geometry used on the Canyon Ultimate. So we implemented it on the Aeroad. The current Aeroad has a more relaxed, balanced riding position than its predecessor for less muscle fatigue, improved power transfer, and maximum speed.

A pro-level cockpit

With complete cable and line integration, get super-clean optics and reduced drag at the same time. And with adjustable height and width using standard tools, big spacer stacks and time-consuming bar swaps are a thing of the past.

Bike classification

Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain in permanent contact to the ground. These are in general road racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross and gravel bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tyre contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
