The code applies an additional 10% discount to bikes and framesets in the Canyon Factory Outlet. It cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount code and excludes all gear products. The code cannot be applied retroactively and applies only to products available at the time of purchase in the Canyon Factory Outlet. Cannot be redeemed for cash and resale is prohibited. The Canyon Factory Bike Outlet is where we sell reduced price Canyon bikes that are either

- brand new but from previous seasons,
- brand new and have visual imperfections,
- have been used and may have some signs of wear and tear.

It’s a great opportunity to buy a technically perfect, outstanding quality Canyon bike at a discounted price.

Bikes and frames that have slight to medium signs of wear but are technically in perfect condition.

All bikes have been assembled, tested and (if needed) repaired by our expert team of in-house mechanics, and come with a full guarantee.

Each bike on offer will have detailed photos of defects, wear and tear, and will fall into one of four categories:

- visual defects,
- slight signs of wear,
- medium signs of wear,
- and strong signs of wear.

All Canyon outlet bikes and gear are shipped and delivered within a few days of receiving your order.

It's only possible to buy Factory Outlet products online: they are generally not available in the showroom. However, there is one exception to this rule: you can buy outlet products at our twice-a-year in-house cycling festivals in Koblenz. It's definitely worth a visit.

Our outlet e-bikes are equipped with new or as-good-as-new batteries that undergo a comprehensive functional check. All non-removable batteries are thoroughly tested to ensure reliable performance and to confirm they meet our quality standards.
