A lightweight robust carbon frame

Burly and fast. Constructed from high-quality carbon, the Grizl CF SL frame weighs less than a kilogram overall. It's also hard as nails, super-stiff, and built to withstand years of rough-and-ready riding on the harshest gravel you can find. For extra no-wobble storage at your fingertips, the frame even has top tube rivets for screwing on a hardshell top tube box.

Super-clean cockpit: semi-integrated cables made simple

Neat, tidy, simple to maintain – with the Grizl’s cockpit-mounted Cable Integration Unit, enjoy all of the benefits of integrated cables with none of the drawbacks. The unit discreetly routes all your cables and lines under the stem area, before leading them directly into the frame through the head tube. And the semi-integrated design means maintenance and upgrades are quick and hassle-free.

50 mm tyre clearance

Your tyres, your choice. The Grizl runs 45 mm tyres as standard, with extra clearance for 50 mm rubber for extreme rough gravel riding (max 45 mm with fenders).

Bike classification

Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain in permanent contact to the ground. These are in general road racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross and gravel bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tyre contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
